99s9 Platform Terms & Conditions

1General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 99s9 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "player"). By using the 99s9 website or services, you fully agree to these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to players in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or question of interpretation, the Bengali version will be considered the authoritative text.

These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Together, these documents form the complete usage agreement for the 99s9 platform.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

To open an account and use the services on the 99s9 platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You are registering voluntarily and of your own free will.
• All information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
• You do not have any active self-exclusion agreement.
• You are legally capable of managing an account.

2.2 Account Restrictions

Each person may operate only one account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same household will be considered fraudulent, and all associated accounts may be closed.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

99s9 may request identity verification at any time. Any of the following documents may be required to complete verification:

• Passport or driving license
• Bank statement or mobile banking statement
• Proof of residence

If verification is not completed, withdrawals or certain services may be temporarily suspended.

3Account Security & Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. 99s9 will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or phone.

• No third party may be given access to your account.
• Placing bets on behalf of others or using another person's funds is prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.
• All transactions made from your account will be considered your own, unless you report them immediately.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds to 99s9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (the same for each method).
• Only use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The same methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
• The withdrawal method will be prioritized based on the method used for the original deposit.

4.3 Transaction Security

99s9 uses SSL encryption for all financial transactions. We apply the highest technical measures to keep your payment information secure. However, as internet-based transactions carry inherent risks, we cannot guarantee complete security under all circumstances.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (applied to the bonus only, not to both the deposit and bonus combined). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• An account may not use the same promotion more than once.
• The terms in effect at the time of claiming a bonus will apply.
• Bonus balances cannot be transferred to another account.
• If fraudulent activity is found, the bonus will be cancelled and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• 99s9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

6Sports & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on 99s9 are governed by fair play principles. 99s9 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a technical error or unusual circumstances.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
• Game outcomes are always determined by the official result of the relevant event.
• Placing bets by exploiting any technical error is prohibited.

6.2 Sports Betting

99s9 offers betting on a variety of sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting markets, payout methods, and specific rules are described in detail on each sport's own page.

6.3 Casino Games

The outcomes of slot machines, live casino, and other games are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). The specific rules for each game can be found in the game interface.

6.4 Fishing Games

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99s9 platform. Any violation may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Registering with a false identity or fake information.
• Placing artificial bets to unfairly claim bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
• Hacking the system, exploiting software errors, or using automated bots.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Colluding with other players or match fixing.
• Harassing or insulting platform staff.
• Using third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.

8Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by Us

99s9 may suspend or close an account without prior notice for breach of these Terms, evidence of fraud, or any other reasonable cause.

8.2 Closure by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any balance remaining at the time of closure may be withdrawn subject to applicable terms.

8.3 Self-Exclusion
