It is natural to have questions when playing at 99s9. On this page we have covered four important topics in detail — withdrawals, account security, live dealer games, and cricket and sports betting. Each answer is written in plain English so any player can quickly find the information they need. If you do not find a satisfactory answer to your question, contact us via our 24/7 live chat or email.
Withdrawals
Usually, after submitting a withdrawal request, the money reaches your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet within 10 to 45 minutes. Bank transfers may take a little longer. However, if verification is pending, the time may be extended, so make sure your account details are confirmed in advance.
To withdraw bonus money, you must meet the wagering requirement. For the welcome bonus, the requirement is to place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount. For example — if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you need to place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before the winnings from that bonus become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not added to the deposit amount.
A "Pending" status means your request is being processed. This usually happens when account verification is ongoing, or the wagering requirement for a bonus has not yet been fully met. If the status has not changed after 45 minutes, contact the 99s9 support team via live chat.
Yes, withdrawals at 99s9 are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Even at night or on holidays, money is sent to your mobile wallet within 10–45 minutes. The service is never closed, so you can submit a request at any time that suits you.
For security reasons, 99s9 only processes withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay numbers registered in the player's own name. Withdrawal requests to third-party wallets are not accepted. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

Live Dealer Games
In Teen Patti, each player receives three cards and the player with the best hand wins — it is similar to the card game Teen Patta. In Andar Bahar, a middle card is revealed and you bet on whether a card of the same value will appear first on the "Andar" (left) or "Bahar" (right) side. Both games are played in real time with a live dealer.
In Baccarat, you can place bets in three positions — Player, Banker, or Tie. Both sides receive two cards each; the side whose total value is closest to 9 wins. 10s and face cards have a value of zero, and all other cards are worth their face value. It is easy to understand and can be played with a live dealer at 99s9.
Each live casino table has different betting limits, which are clearly displayed on screen when you open the game. There are tables with lower limits for new players and tables with higher limits for experienced players. Check the table information before playing and make a decision based on your budget.
Yes, the 99s9 live casino is fully mobile-friendly. It can be played directly from the browser on both Android and iOS devices — no separate app download is needed. For the best experience, use a stable internet connection and an updated browser.
Cricket & Sports Betting
If a match is declared "No Result" or abandoned due to rain or any other reason, all bets on that match are generally considered void and the stake is refunded. However, specific rules depend on the game type and betting terms. See the Terms and Conditions page for more details.
The most played cricket betting markets are — Match Winner (which team will win), Top Batsman (who will score the most runs), Total Runs (whether the total runs in a set number of overs will be over or under), and Innings Runs markets. These markets are most active in BPL and international T20 matches.
In an Accumulator or "Acca" bet, you add selections from multiple events onto a single slip. The odds for each selection are multiplied together, which can result in a much higher payout. However, keep in mind — if any single selection is wrong, you lose the entire bet. This makes it higher risk.
Decimal odds show you the total amount you will receive for every ৳1 staked. For example — if the odds are 2.50 and you place a ৳100 bet, you will receive ৳250 if you win (including your original stake). The higher the odds, the less likely the outcome but the greater the reward. Always take a moment to understand the odds before placing your bet.
